Return / Exchange
1. No Refund / Exchange are allow for size, colour, or other personal reasons once the orders is succesfully placed. Kindly ensure that the size is correct by referring to the measurements provided on each item's description page before you checkout.
2. Refund / Exchange only accept when you received a defective item, wrong item / or wrong size from Kis Studio.
- Defect / wrong item(s) must be reported to us within 3 days upon item received. Late claims will not be entertained.
- Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 3 working days after receiving confirmation from Kis Studio.
- Item(s) must be returned in brand new and original condition with tags intact (unworn, unwashed & unaltered).
- Refunds / Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after verification by Kis Studio.
- All sale items are not applicable for refund / exchange.
- Shipping fees will only be reimbursed after the returned parcel has been received and verified to meet all return conditions.
Kindly note that:
Items with minor imperfections (below 2cm) are not considered defects, and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.
