Return / Exchange

1. No Refund / Exchange are allow for size, colour or other personal reasons after orders is succesful. Kindly make sure that the size is correct by using the measurements provided in each item's description page before you check out.

2. Refund / Exchange only accept when you received a defective item, wrong item / wrong size from Kis Studio. 

• Defects / wrong item(s) have to be notified to us within 3 days upon item received.
• The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 working days after receiving confirmation from Kis Studio.
• The item(s) must be returned in brand new / original condition with tags intact (unworn, unwashed & unaltered).
• Refund / Exchange will be processed within 7 working days after verified by Kis Studio. 
• Shipping costs will be borne by Kis Studio. However, we are not responsible for any lost parcel until the parcel reach us.
• All Sale items are not applicable for refund / exchange.
